If there be any case of refund and return between a customer and Skirtsfactory; the following procedures will be in place
- Notice of return must be communicated within 24 hours of delivery
- Kindly state clearly your reason for the return
- A Client relationship Representative will reach out to validate your refund reason.
- Your refund request may be accepted declined or converted to an exchange based on the condition and reason. If it is accepted for a return, exchange, or refund you have to ship it back within 3 working days or visit our store with the receipt within 3 days.
Conditions to accept a returned item are
- it must contain all tags.
- it must not be damaged, torn, or stained
If the item is returned doesn’t mean this criteria. A refund or exchange would be denied or delayed.
- It must not be returned with any amendments made to the item
Conditions to reject a return request are:
- No substantial reason for a refund.
- The product was delivered in good size and quality as the client ordered
- Products sold during discount or sales period
- The client may pick another item of the same price or of a higher price and pay the difference before the return, in exchange for the new item
- Whilst making an exchange, the client will be responsible for the logistics of such an item within 3 working days or may visit our store for the exchange
- The client is not permitted to request a different item from what is decided on, upon exchange
- The exchange of item applies once and will not be affected after a previous exchange
- The client will be responsible for the logistics of such an item within 3 working days or may visit our store for the return
- No form of harassment is permitted upon return of the item
- The item would be examined and upon a successful examination, a refund would be issued within 3 working days
- If the items are returned damaged or break any of the stated conditions above, A REFUND WILL NOT BE ISSUED
